The Link listed below is for a diagnostic hints and treatments guidelines pamphlet.
This pamphlet can be printed out and will guide you through the types of Lyme co-infections, talks about general body metal measurements, diagnostic hints, treatment information, all types of antibiotics, physical therapies and more.  It is a great read and full of great information.
